Ebony Swift, BSN, RN

Ebony brings over 16 years of experience as a nurse and nurse leader across post-acute and acute care settings.  She most recently served as the Director of Nursing in a large rehab center in Wisconsin.  Prior to that Ebony served in several roles in critical care and other nursing management roles.  She has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. 

 

Ebony has certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and also National Institute of Health Stroke Scale.  She completed the Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) in December 2024.
